This all inclusive retreat, set in the magical tiny town of Hot Springs, will bring deep connection, a sense of fulfillment and the opportunity to elicit change within yourself and your family structure.
With time to explore the Appalachian Trail, share glorious meals, and simply, hold space for yourself and each other, we will return to what is good in this world.
Workshop sessions will cultivate your own internal wisdom, and help you understand and navigate the frustration, overwhelm and unknowns of parenting. With attention spent on intentional writing and emotional intelligence education, the space for expansion is limitless as we align ourselves with nature’s intrinsic flow.
Together we will recognize our responses to the situations we find ourselves in. We will work to understand and teach ourselves self regulation, making space for new ways of parenting. Ultimately, helping us and our children to flourish and create more peace within our families.
You will fall in love with the landscape and the breathtakingly beautiful Magnolia House located just a short drive from Asheville.
With focus and care for each individual, the retreat will be limited to only a handful of participants.

Magnolia House in Hot Springs, NC -located 1 hour from Asheville Airport
Fly to Asheville airport & take a driver or rental car to Hot Springs. (You will not need a car while in Hot Springs.)
Allegiant Airlines has inexpensive, direct flights from West Palm Beach as well as Fort Lauderdale.
